When to use it
From install to action
Download Acti and enable the keyboard on your iPhone or Android phone.
Add Currency Converter in Acti. The Act appears in the Act Panel on your keyboard. You can also assign it to a letter key or add it to your Acti Wheel.
Type the source amount and currency in any text field.
Tap Act on your keyboard and choose Currency Converter. If you assigned it to a key, hold that key to run it. The Act asks for one more line: the target currency. The conversion then appears in a preview above the keyboard.
What Currency Converter does
Currency Converter converts the amount and currency you type into the target currency you name, and shows the result in a preview above your keyboard. You give it two things: the source amount with its currency, and the target currency.
Why it belongs on the keyboard
Amounts in other currencies turn up in chats, emails, and listings. Converting from the keyboard gives you the figure while the conversation is still in front of you.
Use it as a reference
Exchange rates move, and banks and card issuers apply their own rates and fees. Treat the result as a reference figure and confirm the amount with your bank or provider before you pay or transfer money.
