How To Use

From install to action

1

Download Acti and enable the keyboard on your iPhone or Android phone.

2

Add Humanize Reply in Acti. The Act appears in the Act Panel on your keyboard. You can also assign it to a letter key or add it to your Acti Wheel.

3

Copy the message you want to reply to, then tap the reply field.

4

Tap Act on your keyboard and choose Humanize Reply. If you assigned it to a key, hold that key to run it. The Act asks for one more line: the direction of your reply or any context. The reply then goes into the text field, replacing any text already there. Review and edit it before you use it.

Guide

What Humanize Reply does

Humanize Reply crafts a natural, sincere, conversational reply to an incoming message, matching its tone and intent. It reads the message from your clipboard, takes a short line from you about the direction or context of the reply, and writes the result into your text field.

Guide

Why it belongs on the keyboard

Replies get written right where the conversation is. With the Act on your keyboard you copy the message, run it, and edit the draft in the same reply field.

Guide

Keep your own judgment

The reply is a draft. Check that it says what you mean and sounds like you before you use it. What happens to it next is up to you.

FAQ

Humanize Reply FAQ

What do I need to copy?

The message you are replying to. The Act reads its input from your clipboard.

What is the extra input for?

The Act asks for the reply direction or context, so the reply goes where you want it to.

Does it rewrite my own draft?

No. This Act writes a reply to a message you received. It is not a rewriting tool for text you have already written.
