How To Use

From install to action

1

Download Acti and enable the keyboard on your iPhone or Android phone.

2

Add Schedule It in Acti and connect Google Calendar when asked. It is listed under the Act's Connected Apps. The Act appears in the Act Panel on your keyboard. You can also assign it to a letter key or add it to your Acti Wheel.

3

Type the plan in natural language in any text field, for example what it is and when.

Guide

What Schedule It does

Schedule It extracts the schedule details from what you type in natural language, creates the event in Google Calendar, and shows a clear summary in a preview above your keyboard.

Guide

Why it belongs on the keyboard

Plans are made in conversations. With Schedule It on the keyboard, the moment a time is agreed you can type it once and have it on your calendar, without switching apps.

Guide

What to know before you run it

Google Calendar is this Act's Connected App, so you connect it once before the first run. The Act works from what you type, so include the details you want on the event, and read the summary to confirm it understood you.
