When to use it
From install to action
Download Acti and enable the keyboard on your iPhone or Android phone.
Add One-Tap Google Meet in Acti and connect Google Meet when asked. It is listed under the Act's Connected Apps. The Act appears in the Act Panel on your keyboard. You can also assign it to a letter key or add it to your Acti Wheel.
Tap the chat, email, or other text field where you want the meeting link. This Act needs no input, so there is nothing to type or copy.
Tap Act on your keyboard and choose One-Tap Google Meet. If you assigned it to a key, hold that key to run it. Acti creates the Google Meet link and places it in the text field, replacing any text already there.
What One-Tap Google Meet does
One-Tap Google Meet creates an instant Google Meet link without scheduling a calendar event, ready to share immediately. It needs no input from you: run it, and the link lands in the text field you are typing in.
Why it belongs on the keyboard
A meeting link is usually needed at the exact moment you are writing a reply. With the Act on your keyboard, the request, the link, and your answer all happen in the same conversation.
What to know before you run it
The Act uses Google Meet as a Connected App, so you connect it once before the first run. The link replaces the text in the field, so run it in an empty field or add your message around the link afterward.
