When to use it
From install to action
Download Acti and enable the keyboard on your iPhone or Android phone.
Add Save to Notion in Acti and connect Notion when asked. It is listed under the Act's Connected Apps. The Act appears in the Act Panel on your keyboard. You can also assign it to a letter key or add it to your Acti Wheel.
Copy the text you want to save.
Tap Act on your keyboard and choose Save to Notion. If you assigned it to a key, hold that key to run it. Acti creates a new document in your connected Notion workspace. A preview above the keyboard reports the status and the document URL.
What Save to Notion does
Save to Notion reads the text you copied, gives it a clear document title and an organized body, and creates a new standalone document in your connected Notion workspace. When it finishes, it reports the status together with the document URL.
Why it belongs on the keyboard
The things worth saving usually show up in the middle of something else: a chat, an email, an article. With the Act on your keyboard, saving takes a copy and a tap, and you stay in the app you were using.
What to know before you run it
Notion is this Act's Connected App, so you connect your Notion workspace once before the first run. Each run creates a new standalone document. The Act reformats the copied text into a title and body, so open the document if you need to check the wording.
